We know you are excited to get your ​Home Hub order so we make every effort to ensure that the delivery is completed as soon as possible.
All of our products are shipped from Australian warehouses, usually located either in Victoria or New South Wales, depending on stock levels and demand.
Our hard-working team process all orders within 24 hours of purchase. This can extend to 48 hours during holiday seasons and public holidays. 
You will typically receive your order within 4–14 business days of placing your order, excluding any delays caused by couriers. 
Due to COVID-19, we may experience slightly longer delivery times.

We also offer fast and free delivery Australia-wide on all orders with no minimum purchase requirements, unless otherwise specified. 
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will contain your tracking number.

Please note that whilst our products are stored and shipped from Australia, they are not made in Australia. Our products are typically made in China to ensure our products are available at affordable prices.
